Lehi Seasonal - On Tap at Lehi
Strap Tank Brewery - Lehi

Wilde Belgian Bloem

ABV: 5.0% | SRM: 13 | FG: 1.8 | IBU: 15

"Wilde Belgian Bloem," is in reference to the Wildflowers that
bloom in Belgium during spring. "Bloem" in English is "Bloom."
This beer was a collaboration beer with our friends at La Caille
Restaurant, located at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon.
This beer takes influence from classic Belgian Table Biers,
however, instead of making ours between 2.0% and 3.0% ABV, we
decided to make it 5.0% ABV. We took 100% Belgian malt and
created a beautiful beer with many subtle nuances that enhance
not only it's drinkability, but it's complexity as well. Unfiltered,
this beer will pour hazy, with copper/orange tones and a thick
white head. The aroma is very fruity with strong Belgian traits
including, clove, banana, bubblegum, and stone fruit. It drinks
with a medium body and embodies all the aroma flavors on the
palate, yet ends rather dry, making the drinker want to come
back for more.
Cheers!
