V-Fest

"V-Fest" is our experimental take on both a Vienna lager and
Festbier. A typical Vienna lager will have much more caramel
notes and a darker complexion, however, with Spring just around
the corner we wanted to highlight a lighter version of a Vienna
lager, so we made a hybrid beer of both a Festbier and Vienna.
This beer showcases a malt forward beer but much more lighter
and uplifting. The aroma is fruity and somewhat acidic,
showcasing a more carbonic forward note. The flavor is malt
forward but light enough to not be burdened with too many
caramel notes. Clean, crisp, malty with strong fruity finishing
tones, this beer is perfect for warmer days that are on the
horizon.
