The Walrus

The Walrus is our take on a traditional English Mild Ale. We stayed
in the tradition of old English brewing techniques for this malt
forward beauty. Unfiltered and lightly carbonated, this beer will
have a slight haze appearance that will clear up with time. Deep
copper color with subtle orange hues and a creamy white/foamy
head. It has a slightly heavier than medium body, but drinks
super light. The taste, and aroma is nutty, bready, and biscuit
forward with a subtle fruity component derived from the English
yeast used. It's crushable and warming to the soul, a perfect
friend for these long cold evenings.
