The Vulture

ABV: 5.0% | SRM: 3 | FG: 1.3 | IBU: 18

The Vulture is a traditional German Pilsner. Made with 
German malts and hops this beer is light and uplifting with a 
much stronger hop presence. Even though the hop presence is 
more apparent, it mixes well with the minerality and malt back 
bone, making it a perfect light beer for any occasion. The aroma 
has a strong herbaceous/slightly peach forward essence that 
makes way for a subtle minerality that comes in from the water 
chemistry used. Bitter up front from the hop profile, it quickly 
moves away and showcases the light malty aspects. Slightly 
biscuity, with a crisp lightly fruited finish. This beer drinks easy 
and has the best of both malt and hops as the stars.

Appearance: Straw to light yellow, clarity will improve with time.
Aroma: Herbaceous, slight peach notes, minerality
Flavor: Light, crisp, slightly malty, lovely bitter start and fruity 
finish
Mouthfeel: crisp, light, uplifting
