Another Philly sour coming in hot! This Philly sour we decided to go heavy with fresh strawberry and rhubarb and just a little bit of lactose in the kettle to give this tart sour a nice little sweet backbone. With spring right around the corner, this beer will keep you company while dreaming about the upcoming blooming months!

Appearance: Straw like, hazy, very light pink hue, fluffy white head
Aroma: moderate strawberry jam, malty sweet, candy like
Flavor: tart and tangy, wheat, strawberry jam
Mouthfeel: fluffy, medium light body, crisp, moderate carbonation
