This is a West Coast IPA in a session format. Session beer just refers to a lower alcohol level, which fits perfect for Utah’s draft laws. We use Mosaic, El Dorado & Citra hops. 

Appearance: Dark gold, clear
Aroma: Orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, peach
Flavor: Pine, orange, resin, tropical, slight maltiness, bitter
Mouthfeel: Low to medium body with a drying finish
