'Smash' Pale Ale

ABV: 5.0% | SRM: 2 | FG: 1.9°P | IBU: ~45

A ‘Smash’ Pale is a Pale Ale which uses one hop and one malt. We used Citra hops adding them every 60 seconds throughout the 80 minuet boil. We dry hopped this beer, then we juiced brite tank with SPECTRUM Citra liquid dry hop. 

Appearance: Bright and brilliant clarity, straw, white persistent head
Aroma: Citrus, orange peel, grapefruit peel, low lemon lime, hoppy
Flavor: Bright citrus hops, moderate lingering bitterness, very light cracker 
Mouthfeel: Dry, crisp, higher side of carbonation, quenching
