Maple Mountain Mild

English Mild Ales are one of my favorite beer styles. They 
are not very popular and most people haven't ever tried one. 
They are a malt forward beer with very little hop bitterness to 
them. It is not quite as malty or intense as a brown ale though, 
like its name suggests it is very mild. It is the perfect beer for 
these cold winter days.

Appearance: Reddish brown, slight haze
Aroma: biscuit, malty, hint of hops
Flavor: caramel, biscuit, malty
Mouthfeel: medium body, light carbonation
