Lemon Pie or Die is a fruited kettle sour brewed with lactose to increase the sweetness of the brew and then blended with 84 lbs of Meyer Lemon puree and a touch of vanilla to round out the tartness of the lemon with the sugary sweetness from the lactose giving this brew a lemon meringue pie like flavor profile. Throw some whipped cream right on top to really bring out the pie like qualities of this amazing ‘Pie and Beer Day’ brew!


Appearance: Orange/Gold, Hazy
Aroma: Lemon/orange citrus, vanilla, sugar candy
Flavor: Tart Lemon, lemon candy, lemon cream pie
Mouthfeel: Very tart on the tip of tongue, medium body with a sweet crisp finish
