Fruited Brown Sour

This is our spooky sour just in time for fall. The sour beer ‘Julia was a big hit when it was made and I love puns so Ghoulia was made into a fall seasonal. Taking inspiration from the original beer, we used plum and raspberry puree in the fermenter. These fruits perfectly pair the flavors from the brown ale to the sourness of the beer. Enjoy this when it starts to cool off in the evenings while it reminds you that autumn nights are right around the corner.
