Fish Tank is a collaboration brew with our friends at Fisher Brewing
Company. This beer is an experimental take on a traditional
Munich Dunkle style; however, we hop it with 100% Czech hops to
give it a little flair. Malty, bready, and biscuity, this beer is perfect
for cold weather. Amber in color with a beautiful off-white head.
The malt is the real hero in this beer. 100% German malt provides
us with a cornucopia of malty flavors, yet it ends rather dry,
ensuring the drinker to go back for more, again and again!
Herbaceous hop nose mixes well with the fresh bread, biscuit, and
subtle caramel notes.
