Dark Nacht is a combination of an American Black Lager with a German style Pilsner. Slight roasted character complaints the German noble hop character. 

Appearance: Black, red hues, brilliant clarity, off white tan persistent head
Aroma: High floral/herbal hop character, low roast, biscuit and cracker
Flavor: Moderate bitterness, low roast/coffee, moderate malt sweetness
Mouthfeel: Medium body, crisp, somewhat dry, high carbonation
