Cucumber Pilsner

It’s summertime and that means crushable easy drinking beer time! This brewers batch we used 100% Pilsner malt along with the German hop ‘Huell Melon’, this hop gives off subtle but sweet aromatics of fresh melon with a soft floral touch. After fermentation we juiced it up with a bit of cucumber which complements the melony hop character perfectly. This is a pilsner style so it will have a soft bitter kick to it. Let’s sit back and enjoy this beautiful summertime crusher. 

Appearance: Straw, clear, moderate persistent head
Aroma: soft floral melon, light cucumber, cracker
Flavor: Cucumber up front followed by spicy / floral hop character, lingering bitter
Mouthfeel: Bitter, light body, crisp, Clean
