"Blood For Ra" is an American kettle sour beer with our subtle
additions to add to the complex nuance of this beer. Clear, with a
deep orange/copper hue and off-white head the smell grabs you
with strong sour notes as well a subtle vanilla sweetness which
comes off as baking spices. We soured this beer for 32 hours to
drop the ph. We then added 84lbs of tart cherry and vanilla
extract after fermentation. We added less fruit and vanilla
because we wanted the base beer to shine through and not be
overpowered and lost by the additional flavors. The flavor is sharp
and sour, with a subtle sweet finish from the vanilla. The cherry is
present but only near the end of the drink. It lingers on the
background making the drinker question what is going on exactly.
Full of complexity, this is sure to be a fan favorite.

Flavor: Sharp, crisp, subtle cherry, tart/sour, subtle sweet 
vanilla finish.
