English Brown Ale

ABV: 5.0% | SRM: 15 | FG: 2.0°P | IBU: 25

This is a brown ale brewed to the Northern English style. This may be crazy to brew in a time when IPA is king, but this small beer is packed full of flavor and is insanely drinkable. Similar to a beer like Newcastle Brown, it has lots of nuttiness, caramel, and cracker notes on the aroma and flavor. It is light bodied and has enough bitterness to cut through the malty sweetness which leaves a clean, lingering toasted biscuit flavor on the palate which begs for another sip.

Aroma: Nutty, sweet malt, toffee, slight fruity esters
Flavor: Cracker like malt, nutty, chocolate, caramel sweetness
Mouthfeel: Medium body with a clean, dry finish
