Bananza is a traditional German hefeweizen with a twist! We used a modified yeast that does not produce any clove or ‘spice’ aroma or flavors that you would get on a normal hefeweizen, BUT it does produce the traditional hefeweizen banana flavor and aroma. In fact, it even increases it! This beer is a banana bomb! Banana and vanilla compliments the bready backbone of Banaza.

Appearance: Bright yellow, hazy, fluffy white head
Aroma: Banana runts, hints of bread, vanilla
Flavor: Banana bread, sweet vanilla, wheat
Mouthfeel: creamy medium body, high carbonation fizz
