Cream Ale

Traditionally cream ales were brewed with a six-row base 
malt, corn, and ale yeast. Today brewers will often mix up how 
these beers are brewed. Our cream ale base beer is still made 
with a large portion of corn but then we use a clean fermenting 
yeast and lager it. Making this a faux lager!
One of our favorite styles of beer is a cream ale brewed by 
Genesee Brewery. This is our version of it! Our customers who 
drink Flathead and Lehi Light will enjoy this beer, and it pairs well 
with any of our burgers!

Appearance: Light yellow, straw, fluffy white head
Aroma: cracker, malt, corn. Light herbal
Flavor: crisp, clean, slight corn sweetness, cracker, refreshing
Mouthfeel: dry, light body, Easy drinker
